Longacre Elementary School hosts FLL Jr. (K-3rd) and FLL (4-5th) teams.
FIRST LEGO League Jr. (FLL Jr.) is a non-competitive robotics program designed for K-3rd grade. Jr. FLL teams conduct small research projects and make models out of LEGO elements to illustrate one part of the science-based topic. As an introductory program to FIRST, our Junior FLL teams will use their current skills to problem solve, collaborate on an idea, express that idea on a poster board and develop a model with LEGO to express it. They will have the opportunity to present their idea and work at local expos.
This year's theme is "Aqua Adventure". We will learn more about the Challenge when FIRST announces details in August. |
